The Kardashian sisters are currently facing a $180 million lawsuit for something so simple

Kourtney, Kim and Khloe Kardashian are facing an outraged lawsuit for not tweeting enough about their own cosmetic line.

The sisters and their corporations – Kimsaprincess Inc., 2Die4Kourt, and Khomoney Inc (yes, you read that right) – have been slapped with a $180 million lawsuit for alleged breach of contract, deceit, breach of covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and negligent misrepresentation, according to ET.

Previously in 2012, the Kardashians partnered with Boldfaced cosmetics brand to launch what was then known as Khroma Beauty. In the lawsuit, Hillair Capital Management stepped in to “salvage their struggling Kardashian Beauty makeup line after former distributor, Boldface, went belly up amidst legal and financial troubles.”

Hillair states that part of the agreement included the sisters posting about their products on their numerous social media platforms to their over 100 million followers. The posts never happened.

Instead, Hillair claims, the Kardashians, “almost immediately stopped marketing, promoting and supporting the line” and “began courting new potential investors to buy out Hillair’s stake. In short: The Kardashians wanted a better, more lucrative deal than they had struck with Hillair.”

The company has also claimed that Kim endorsed other beauty products and at a cosmetic show in Dubai, Khloe wound up “screaming and cursing” and instead of promoting her products, she claimed she, “hated everything about the Kardashian Beauty products.”

Michael Kump, Kim Kardashian’s attorney has responded to the lawsuit.

“The Kardashians have suffered enormous damages as a result of the many failures and breaches created by the operator’s mismanagement of the company. The lawsuit is a disgrace. It is a jumble of false accusations which will be exposed as lies.”
